What types of projects do you take on?

We focus on custom homes and large-scale residential builds that require thoughtful design and planning. We don’t take on small remodels, kitchens, or bathrooms as standalone projects.

Both. We offer in-house design services for clients who want a fully integrated design-build experience, but we’re also comfortable collaborating with outside architects if plans have already been started.

We work throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Portland, Vancouver, Lake Oswego, Camas, and surrounding areas in Oregon and Washington.

It depends on the size and complexity of the project, but most design phases take between 8 to 16 weeks from initial consultation to build-ready plans.

Yes. If you already have a draft or partial set of architectural plans, we can review them and either take over the design or coordinate closely with your architect to ensure everything is buildable and up to code.

Our custom home design services typically include site evaluation, floor plans, exterior elevations, selections guidance, and a full set of construction drawings prepared for permitting.

Yes. As part of our design services, we help prepare all required documentation and coordinate with local jurisdictions to streamline the permitting process.
