New Home Construction in Bend, OR
Kalen Development has built new homes across Washington and Oregon for more than twenty years — over 100 of them, led on site by owner Dan Kalen. Lakewood House in Bend is the one to look at for our Central Oregon work.

Before Ground Breaks
The decisions that make or break a build happen before the permit is filed: siting, structure, budget. We work those out with you and your designers first, so construction is execution rather than improvisation.
During Construction
You will always know where the project stands — what was finished, what is next, and what it costs. No surprises held until the end.

We build in Central Oregon and have for years — the portfolio shows the range.
